At Crear we believe it is perfectly possible to host a fabulous party that will not break the bank and trust that we can offer some helpful suggestions. While the sky is the limit for what you could spend elsewhere, we understand that your budget is important and can offer a precise estimate with no hidden extras. As the cost of the venue for four days and three nights is less than hiring a marquee of the same size for 48 hours, we are confident that we offer exceptional value for money. Every booking is bespoke and tailored to your exact requirements, so please contact us to arrange a visit and receive a detailed quote.
As a guide, a celebration with for three nights with upto 18 guests staying with exclusive use for two nights at Crear and Caisealrag, the wedding ceremony or civil partnership with upto 70 guests, followed by a champagne and canapé reception, delicious sit down dinner with wine and a ceilidh to follow, is perfectly possible for under £14,000. The services of Carole Fitzgerald and Stephanie Parsons, the Crear Wedding Event Managers are also included. Carole and Stephanie are on hand to help and advise at every step and will manage the smooth running of events during your entire stay.
To offer you the widest choice in the world and the best value, you are welcome to bring your own wine and champagne, subject to corkage at £15 per guest aged 18 and over. If you are planning to pay for an open bar to serve spirits and beer, we suggest you budget for £8 per person. You will know how much your guests like a drink so can budget accordingly. Should you wish to consider this option, the amount is set and limited by you, afterwhich your guests can pay.
Catering at Crear with can be arranged for your entire stay or your wedding celebration only. Costs for a buffet start at £32 per head. We will work with you directly to create menus of your choice and provide helpful suggestions.
Classic white china, cutlery, unlimited sparkling and still Crear spring water throughout the meal, Irish linen napkins and table cloths are available to hire directly from Crear at £5.50 per person. Rectangular tables and chairs for up to 100 people are available free of charge if required.

The best part of Crear is that we offer you complete flexibility. Come for one, two or three days before your wedding houseparty arrives to enjoy a Final Fling with girlfriends or stay on an extra couple of days to enjoy quality time with those family and friends who have travelled far to be with you.
The diary at Crear and Caisealrag Cottage changes on a daily basis. We are happy to advise on availability and hold a provisional booking for 7 days, however to secure the dates of your choice, we will require a non-refundable deposit of £1500 for Crear and £250 for Caisealrag Cottage.
We are happy to rearrange dates as required for an administration fee of £250.
