Booking your celebration at Crear is simple.

• Contact us using the form on this site, and we will be in touch to discuss your plans, arrange a visit and advise on availability. Don't worry if you are not sure what you want as the whole team is full of ideas to inspire you!

• We offer special rates for you to stay at Caisealrag Cottage, allowing you time to explore the area and make all your arrangements with local suppliers.

• We will be happy to hold the dates of your choice for a week. Its a big decision and we want you to be happy.

• To secure the dates of your choice a non-refundable deposit is required. £1500 for Crear and £250 for Caisealrag Cottage and Barnlongart House. Please ensure that you have read and accept our terms and conditions prior to making your payment.

• We are happy to rearrange dates as required for an administration fee of £250.

To avoid disappointment we strongly suggest that you contact the celebrant of your choice to check availability and discuss logistics prior to your visit. We also suggest that you advise your guests to book their own accommodation in good time, especially during high season. The availability of family and friends, school holidays, and potential pregnancies (especially if you are planning over nine months ahead!) are other factors to bear in mind.
